Zaishen Vanquish & ZCoins Earned
First, have you checked out and/or seen the new Zaishen Vanquish quests that can be done now? Go to that Embark Beach location to find the flag to gain quests if you have not done so.
Personally, I dislike it thanks to the amount of Zaishen Coins earned from any of the Zaishen Vanquish Quests. It's pathetically low.
150 for Ice Cliff Chasms and Holdings of Chokhin? Not worth my time.
What's your take on the Zaishen Vanquish?

IF I am planning on doing the area anyways...great its nice to have something extra at the end. If its an easy area I could do (and should for faction etc) then ok, I will add it and if the whim hits me I will do it .....if its an area I have no intentions of doing (or have already done and found its a pain in the ...) then no, not worth it.

Think of it as a bonus for the people who need to vanquish the area anyways. When i did my vanquisher title many years ago i got 0 zaishen coins for it

150 for what took me ~ 40 mins not worth it? I didn't do ice cliffs though cause I wasn't feeling well but holdings took me about 30-45 mins. Then todays at ~1 coin per foe?
not to bad imo. I don't even need them for the title but I like to have some coins in case someone needs a flame of balth or something.
also,

It's also an incentive to vanquish with other people. I'm loving it.

I find it very worthwhile... in addition to the XP, the platinum, the drops, the title points (where appropriate), it's also about 1 copper per foe. Since I'm still working on earning my coins to get my heavy bag, I'm finding this additional influx of Z coins very welcome.
I still need to vanquish most areas, so this is just an added incentive.
I'll have to see what changes with having 7 heroes, but there have been many times when I've had to skip a bounty or even a mission because it wasn't something I could complete on my own. I have a strong dislike for PuGs, and the people I usually play with aren't always available. Now, I think I'll have a chance to get more of the bounties/missions done, in addition to doing the vanquishing... I'll have my heavy bag in no time and then be able to begin acquiring Z keys.
I find vanquishing to be easy and fun (not to mention helpful towards a few of my titles)... so I do think the Z coin payout rate is fair compensation.

It gives me an incentive to vanquish, i'm progressing slowly and 1 VQ a day is pretty nice.

My take on it is that the fun of going on a vanquish with a bunch of bros is its own reward and you should be grateful that there's an added bonus on the whole deal.

Some may seem a bit low, but others are clearly high.
50 coins for Dragon's Gullet?
It's like when you get 100 for Augury Rock.

My only complaint is not having more to spend coins on. I'm kinda running low on things I have left to buy with them. ^_^;

Rewards are a little low, sure, but before we got 0 coins for it...so can't totally complain.
I wanna complain about embark in itself, i saw more trading searchs there than actually mission gatherings.

Dragon's Gullet is a huge area. I hope you mean Griffon's Mouth.

I have no complaints. I'm just starting to do my vanqs, and this gives me a direction to start out in
I mean sure, it'll take me ages to get my Heavy Equipment Pack (need something to lug all those cute armor sets around in ), but whatever. I certainly don't mind getting an extra reward for something I was going to do anyways.

136 areas total. With the exception of a few obvious outliers on both ends, the majority of vanquishes are roughly of the same difficulty and length as the ones we have seen. So assuming that 1.5k gold and 150 zcoins is average, we're looking at a free 200k and 40 zkeys just for vanquishing in the order the game spits out the zaishen quests. This is in addition to the regular bonus for vanquishing which is on the order of 150k. I could sure have used an extra ~600k of gold after I finished vanquisher several years ago.

Methinks he is referring to the area right outside Dragon's Throat that I can't remember the name of. Its like... 10 enemies.

I never understood why people did(do) zquests for zcoins. I dunno what they spend them on after the equip pack. It cant possible be worth your time if your doing it for money. Only thing that i would ever use zcoins for is zaishen tonics

I find that all of the zaishen vanquishes are worthwhile, aspecially for people who are planning to do the title anyway.
This way it just adds that extra bit of motivation for people to go ahead and clear the zones.
I know at times I have trouble deciding where to start vanquishing for the day, and the Zaishen Vanquish is usually a good zone to start/end at so I quite like it.

The amount of coins is irrelevant to me; I've already got the equipment pack and there's not much else worth spending them on.
The kickstart to do an area I've been putting off, however, is nice. I wasn't planning on vanquishing anything in Tyria but because of this I have some incentive to keep me working at it.

I like the new Vanquish missions. I've been looking around for ways to get experience on my reborn survivor and I've been doing the Z stuff that I feel I can do safely. The experience rewards for these missions is good.
I did 3 VQs so far on my survivor and today's boss bounty and it fit nicely in the HM dungeon book I'll turn in for more points. (My survivor decided to skip the Black Beast yesterday)
I know others will say that hammers and boxing is a better choice and faster but that's just not my style.
